We stand behind the quality of our products and encourage you to use your Inhale Mama Breathing Band for at least 14 days before deciding whether it's right for you. Many customers find that a little time and consistency helps them experience the full benefits.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase after 14 days, you may request a refund within our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee period by contacting us at shop@inhalemama.com.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make changes to or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.

After this period, your order may have already entered processing and we may be unable to modify or cancel it.

Approved cancellations requested within 24 hours will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days.

We're confident you'll love your Inhale Mama Breathing Band, but if you're not satisfied, we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee.

To qualify, we ask that you try the product for a minimum of 14 days. If you still feel it's not right for you, simply contact our team within 60 days of receiving your order.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • Refund requests made after the 60-day guarantee period cannot be approved.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Damaged Items

We take great care to ensure every order arrives in excellent condition.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing shop@inhalemama.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the damage

Once reviewed, we'll determine whether you're eligible for a replacement at no additional cost.

Please note that damaged outer packaging (such as dents, scuffs, or minor shipping wear) does not qualify as product damage if the item itself remains fully functional and intact.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, or misuse of the product.

Shipping & Delivery

We work hard to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. However, shipping times may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

While we are always happy to assist where possible, Inhale Mama cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.

If you experience a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for the most up-to-date information regarding your package.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect address is submitted, we must be notified within 24 hours of placing the order.

If we are not contacted within that timeframe and the order ships to the address provided, we may be unable to offer a replacement or refund.
