At Inhale Mama, we know you're excited to receive your order, and we're committed to getting it to you as quickly as possible.
While most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window provided at checkout, shipping times may occasionally vary due to circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping Delays
During busy seasons, holidays, severe weather events, or other periods of high shipping volume, carriers may experience delays in transit and tracking updates.
For international orders, customs inspections and clearance procedures may occasionally cause additional delays that are outside of both our control and the carrier's control.
If your order is taking longer than expected, please know that this does not necessarily mean your package is lost. In many cases, shipments continue moving through the carrier's network even when tracking updates are temporarily delayed.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during these situations.
Order Changes & Shipping Information
Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your purchase.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete shipping details may result in delays, additional carrier fees, returned shipments, or order cancellation.
If our system detects a potential issue with your shipping address, our team may contact you via email within 3 business days to verify your information. If we do not receive a response within a reasonable timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
If you notice an error in your shipping information after placing your order, please contact us at shop@inhalemama.com within 24 hours. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has entered processing.
Delayed Deliveries
Although we work hard to process and ship orders promptly, delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping provider.
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been lost, missing, or stolen, please contact us at shop@inhalemama.com and we will do everything we reasonably can to assist you.

We also recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly, as they often have dedicated procedures for investigating lost or stolen packages.
Please note that Inhale Mama is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered by shipping carriers. As such, these situations are generally not covered under our refund policy.
In certain cases, and at our sole discretion, we may offer a replacement shipment if a package cannot be located.
